Horror Genre is a difficult genre to work with specially in Indian cinema. While Bollywood is not much famous for its horror films yet hindi horror movies has got a wide cult following among the Bollywood lovers. Psychological horror movies will be very less in quantity because most directors trust on blood,gore and paranormal activities to bring the horrific elements live on screen. Many directors became famous for working in this genre. Most famous among them are the Ramsey brothers. Ramsey brothers single handedly kept the genre alive in the 70s,80s and 90s in Indian cinema when most of the audience liked to watch romantic comedy or action movies.
