The Avengers: Age of Ultron – How it will be More interesting and ORIGINAL?

Joss Whedon reveals his plans for The Avengers 2

On 20th July 2013, Director Joss Whedon officially announced at the Comic-Con that the sequel of 2012 Blockbuster ‘The Avengers’ will be Titled The Avengers: Age of Ultron instead of THE AVENGERS 2. The film is set to release on 1st May 2015. As the release date is coming closer people are getting more and more excited to know about it. There is already a buzz in media that Spiderman might be added to the Team Avengers with Andrew Garfield reprising his role. Vin diesel also posed in front of The Avengers Comics and said that at the end of Month people might get a good news about him and The Avengers: Age of Ultron. Robert downey Jr. has already signed to return as Ironman in the sequel. It is getting harder day by day for Joss to keep up the project isolated with a surprise package. So today Joss himself came forward to discuss his plans for The Avengers 2 at the Comic Con. An Official Logo of the sequel was also released.

Here are few reasons that Joss thinks (and we agree) that why The Avengers 2 will be much more interesting than the original.

  • As the title of the Sequel suggest The Avengers 2 will revolve around one of the oldest villain of Team Avengers – Ultron. Ultron is a super villain robot who was created by Henry Pym (aka Antman).
  • Ultron will be the main villain in The Avengers 2 but Joss has stated that he has worked on the origin of Ultron so we might not see Antman in the Sequel.
  • Joss Whedon also stated that Death will be one of the major theme of the film. Though Joss didn’t said much about it but there is a rumor that we might see one of our favorite superhero getting killed on screen.
  • Joss is said to be taking inspiration from Star Wars Episode V: Empire Strikes Back and The Godfather II to make a perfect sequel.
  • Whedon is planning to direct the film in different cities of the world, thus attracting global audience.
  • Kick-Ass fame Aaron Taylor-Johnson is signed for the role of Quicksilver in the sequel. He is a member of Team Avengers in the comics and is son of X-Men Supervillain Magneto. Aaron will reprise his role in The Flash too. For the part of Scarlet Witch several actress are considered.
  • Whole cast of The Avengers (except Tom Hiddleston’s Loki) is set to reprise their role in the sequel.
